Anxiety Therapy during difficult times

Worry, fear, or anxiety is a normal part of life. It is our brain and body's way of protecting us from perceived or real danger. However, during times of increased stress, anxiety and worry can spin out of control and render us frozen or defenseless. When our anxiety is persistent, overwhelming, and impedes our daily functioning then we need to talk to someone about the possible presence of an Anxiety Disorder. As a California Licensed therapist, I walk alongside women who are experiencing daily worries to debilitating anxiety to help them find the freedom they desire to live again!
